Yes we've a return policy that applicable to all orders for size till 48 Inch (4 Ft). More then that size is not covered for any Return or Exchange. Kindly create a video of unboxing the order. If you found any damage, defect or missing product, show the same in video & send a whatsapp to get free return or replacement. 
You can claim the return and refund in 7 days after product delivery.

We're extremely sorry but we don't have any exchange policy currently. You can return the order if you've received the product in Damaged Condition, Defective Condition or Missing Product. The Return Policy is only applicable if you can send an unboxing video.
